A European Paradise - turning the European Union into the world’s most competitive region

It has been said that hell is a place where the Italians are in charge of traffic, the Germans provide the entertainment and the English do the cooking. Then heaven should be a place where the Germans are in charge of traffic, the English provide the entertainment and the Italians do the cooking.

European countries are also different from each other in the sense that they look for different ways to stimulate development and growth. It could be argued that one kind of hell would be a place that gathers the worst obstacles to development we have in the EU countries. Heaven on the other hand, picks the best from each country.
