The report is commissioned by the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and the Swedish Risk Management and Security organization, NSD, and written by Dr. Christer Magnusson at SecLab at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University. The report is based on his initiative to establish an EU project in Economics of Security.
