Business Climate | Labour market schemes, subsidies, and artificial projects don’t help. A good business climate is the best remedy for unemployment among both immigrants and youth. A fresh report from the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise shows that improving the local business climate can create as many as 275,000 new jobs.

Youth unemployment| Despite repeated warnings, youth unemployment is still high in Sweden. Every fourth person under the age of 25 in the labour market was unemployed last year. And they are loosing confidence in the Swedish Public Employment Services, as found in a recent report from the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
