Demand for talent enhances
The share of women in senior management among member companies of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise has increased significantly since 1998, from 18% to 30%. The figure for women directors is currently 23%. However, since 2002, this figure has nearly quadrupled from 6%.
We can broaden and deepen this picture by relating our conversations with HR managers at several of Sweden´s largest companies. We found many positive models and results. Our objective with this report is to highlight the consistent and methodical approaches currently being implemented to increase diversity and equality in the Swedish workplace, and spread these positive examples to others.
