Forty-eight employer and industry organisations have chosen to be part of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. Our collaboration contributes to a strong and broad base that benefits all member companies.
Each member organisation works on a daily basis with issues that are important to their respective industries. Swedish Enterprise’s task is to work with issues that are important to all businesses irrespective of which industry they operate in. We pursue many issues jointly and work at various levels to achieve the best possible results.
As a member company, you benefit continuously from the collaboration that takes place between Swedish Enterprise and its member organisations. This plays a key role in contract negotiations, for example, in which each industry reaches its own agreements, but where our collaboration creates better conditions for business as a whole.
When agreements that apply to all industries are reached with trade unions, it is the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise that represents business. One example are the agreements relating to collectively agreed occupational pensions and insurance policies in which member companies benefit from excellent insurance cover.
