Sweden is a member state of The International Labour Organization (ILO). The ILO is a UN agency specialized in promoting social justice and human and labor rights.The ILO formulates international labor standards in the form of Conventions and Recommendations setting minimum standards of basic labor rights. It provides technical assistance primarily in the fields of:
