For decades, the Nordic corporate governance model has been a success, ensuring accountability and legal certainty and promoting long-term active ownership. This is one of the reasons why the Nordic business community is critical to the corporate governance provisions of the European Commission’s proposal for Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDD). During tomorrow’s seminar, representatives from the Nordic business community will discuss their perspectives with MEP Heidi Hautala (Greens, Finland) who will challenge them on their critique.
