Invitation to a seminar on Sweden’s research talent dilemma in critical technologies
The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise recently released a report on career paths for newly graduated PhDs at Swedish higher education institutions. One of the conclusions of the report was that many researchers leave Sweden after completing their doctoral education. The report covers several key technology areas - including quantum technology.
During the seminar, we will highlight doctoral education from a skills supply perspective. How can more international PhD candidates be given better opportunities to stay in Sweden? How can relevance for the business sector be strengthened? How important is this issue for Sweden’s future competitiveness?
